WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept all credit cards payments through wix payments, as well as paypal.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Returns will be accepted up to 14 days after the delivered date.

The return fee will be on buyer and the refund does not include initial shipping fees. 

Options: 
1. Return label created and paid by buyer on own
2. Long's gift will provide a label, the fee will be deducted from the refund

Items must be in original packaging and unused (new condition).

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

We accept gift cards in the form of credit cards. We do not have a company gift card service.

HOW IS SHIPPING CALCULATED?

Shipping is calculated depending on customers ship to address location & weight/dimension of item. This is determined through USPS automated system.

IS THERE A STORE-FRONT? 

Yes, we do have store-front location located in Covina, California.

WHAT IS YOUR HOLDING/REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY?

You have up to 7 days from the date you purchased the instock item to pick up in stores. After 7 days is up, we will automatically leave funds as store credit / cancel your order. Please notify us if you will be picking up past the 7 days, we can work things out.

Preorders will be held for 7 days after the first notice of pick up sent to customer. If no response is given and 7 days are up. We will notify you of order cancellation, funds will be left as store credit.

If you would like a refund, restocking fee will be deducted from refund. 

FAQ ON PREORDERS

We DO NOT accept returns on preorders. Preordered items will be charged at the time of purchase and will be shipped out accordingly once the item becomes in stock. If you purchase an instock item along with a preorder, the order will be held until ALL items are in stock.
